Non-Functional Products
* If your lithophane (cartridge or base) arrives and does not function as intended, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.
* Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate the process at mailto:help@lightbox-labs.com.
* You may be asked to provide photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
* We will cover the cost of return shipping for non-functional items.
* Upon receipt and verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as you prefer.
Standard Lithophane Cartridges
* Standard, unopened lithophane cartridges in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery (customer covers return shipping).
Custom 3D Prints
* Custom 3D prints are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
General Guidelines
* Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories.
